  • I need clarification on an online interview question.

  • How does the search tool work?

    The search tool identifies specific questions, reports, presentations or other resources on the site that match keywords that you select.  Searches are created using one or more keywords selected from a search definition web page.  Searches return a list of all resources that match the keywords.  Links on the return list allow you to go directly to an interview question, report or presentation to initiate a query or download.  The search is Google© like where only highly relevant responses are returned.

  • How do I initiate a query?

    The query tool searches the Benchmarking & Best Practices data base using user defined filters and returns summarized results based on participant responses to online interviews.  Queries focus on responses to individual questions in the online interviews.  Results may include answer totals, averages, medians, low’s, high’s and quartiles, depending on what might be appropriate for the question.

    Queries may be initiated from within the Search tool or from within the online interview by clicking on a question number or letter.  You can identify individual queries by placing your mouse over each question number or letter.  An icon will appear indicating that you will be available to initiate a query from this link.

  • How do I access the Report Library?

    All of our analytic reports can be found on our Report Library page.  Each report is available for immediate download with an account and most of these reports are also available for purchase individually without an account.

  • How do I access the Tompkins Supply Chain Leadership Forum presentations?

    Each year after our annual Supply Chain Leadership Forum, we provide a copy of the presentations that were used at the event.  The presentations are available for download on the Leadership Forum Presentation page.

  • I am receiving a message that is telling me that I do not have access to an area of the website.

    We offer many different types of accounts for the consortium.  The variety of features on the website are available for the different types of accounts.  Some account types may not have access to certain features.  For more information on what is available for your account, you may contact us at or by phone at (919) 855-5424.
