You may also call the hotel directly at 1.800.217.2033 or (504) 523.3341 and be sure to mention group code "The Supply Chain Consortium" in order to receive the special room rate.  Conference rates are $125.00 for superior king or double/double rate, with a fee of $25.00 for each additional person.  Applicable city and state taxes are thirteen percent (13%) plus two dollars ($2.00) per room, per night occupancy tax.  Taxes are subject to change without notice.

Room rates are valid September 5 - 14, 2008 based on availability.  If making online reservations, please note that the online system will only allow the option of reserving a room September 8-11, 2008.  So if you need dates prior to September 8 or after September 11, you must call the hotel.  Reservations will be taken until August 11, 2008.  Reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis and a higher rate may apply.

Reservations must be guaranteed by one night's deposit or a major credit card.  Individual guest room deposits will be refunded if reservations are canceled seventy-two (72) hours prior to date of arrival.  Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
